I am Trudie, a rehabilitation professional of over 20 years and someone who has personally navigated life after a breast cancer diagnosis.
In 2022, following surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy for invasive ductile carcinoma, I found myself at the end of treatment but unsure how to rebuild my strength, confidence and sense of self.
Experiencing the physical and emotional impact first hand changed the direction of my work.
Today, I combine my clinical background with lived experience to offer compassionate, cancer aware holistic therapy for those navigating recovery after breast cancer.
My approach is gentle, evidence informed and deeply respectful of everything your body has been through.
